Maps-Donation BoxesYou will find county maps with a $1 donation request
in boxes at various taverns this year. If you take a map, please leave a
dollar to help offset the cost of printing them. If you don't need a map,
but would like to leave a contribution to help pay for grooming the

Thanks to all who have been donating.
MessageFrom Associated Snowmobile Clubs of Eau
Claire County: We have received complaints of misconduct by
snowmobilers. If you wish to keep the snowmobile trails to ride on,
you must stay on the marked trails. Stop cutting corners on the
trails! Also, destroying or tampering with the trail markings is
against the LAW! There is a $250 fine for this. If complaints
continue, we could lose the total trail system in Eau Claire County.
There is a $100 reward for information leading to the arrest and
conviction of anyone doing property damage on these trails,
including destruction of signs, etc.

Join A ClubIn Wisconsin, we have over 26,000 miles of trails. These trails are
there because of snowmobile clubs. If you would like to do your share in
keeping these trails, please join one of our clubs.
Rides InformationInformation is wanted in regards to a web page showing the
miles from rides starting in Eau Claire County to points outside the
county. For example, if you rode from Brackett Bar to Alma (in
Buffalo County) and remember the miles, please send the information
here. Include what
trails were taken if you can remember them.
GPSA suggestion was sent in about listing the Global Positioning
System (GPS) coordinates of various places on our map: Starting-off
points, etc., to help out people not familiar with our area in
finding them. If anyone has this information, send it here.
